I have build this one:
http://www.box73.de/product_info.php?products_id=1899
Look at the .pdf file unser "Zusatzinformationen".
There you will find the circuit diagram.
I measured a gain of 32 dB and the -3dB bandwidth is 700 kHz - 150 MHz.

The board is available from FARcircuits. Uses two IRF510s and they arestill quite available.Note you did not say how much drive power you have so I assume at least a watt or close to that.Gain is about 15db, if that's too much an input attenuator is reasonable to do. If that is not enoughthen you need a driver and more.Allison/KB1GMX9761 2014-02-16 10:29:35 in3otd Re: RD16HHF1 FET amp Hello,
I have recently done some measurements9762 2014-02-16 10:40:56 Sandeep Lohia Re: RD16HHF1 FET amp infact any of PCB designed for IRF510 with equally work with RD16 or
15 (not SMD PCB)
just cut a track with hobby knife, install a jumper ( I mean swap
drain with source)
& we have RD16HHF working well on PCB designed for IRF510 which is
very common with HF home brewers.
I did the same with HMY2K8 multibander push-pull linear (a gift from
Dr, Rajsekhar)

systematic.
but parallel 2 X IRF 510 is not suitable for 10M for increased gate capacitance.
however U can use what ever PCB U already have for IRF510 (just swap
gate with source) & take care of out put Z with auto-transformer,
might be triflar, depends on output power...

Input attenuation can throttle it down to the output level you need. Mine is set to provide 20 w drive to my HB 600 watt FET amp and at that level I do not need the high current heatsink fan; just using a small regular finned heatsink.

I had bookmarked the following and I am planning to build it in the next couple of weeks
https://sites.google.com/site/lofturj/softrock6_3#TOC-Project:---HF-Power-amplifier-20W-using-2x-RD16HHF1-Mosfet.
I am not sure how good it performs, but seems promising and I will try it.
