Do you have a more complete bibliographic description, perhaps an ISBN number? That could help.
Also, Paul NA5N shows as current in QRZ.com, so the worst case is -- write him a letter and ask him where you can buy a copy. Authors are usually flattered when readers write in, asking to buy a copy of their book.

I think the name of his business was Quicksilver Printing. So, if you have
a copy of his book, check to see who printed it.

I wish he would release it through Lulu like N2CQR does for his Soldersmoke books.
