I am revamping an old JRC NRD-525 receiver. I applied the Kiwa mod for the ultimate 455 kHz rejection filter,
and now I would like to add, in the Aux position, a crystal filter I have in my junk box since years, namely the
Yaesu XF-455k-262-01 filter, which, according to its naming, should be a 2.6 kHz SSB filter with a shape factor
surely better than the stock ceramic filter factory-installed in this radio.
I have been unable to Google out the terminating impedance of this filter, to eventually modify the circuitry
in the NRD-525 to comply with that spec.
Does anybody have this data ?
TIA

the 455kHz filters in the Yaesu rtx are usually 2000 ohms // 30 pF
Enjoy your mods...
