Does anyone have any reference to studies which quantify increases in the noise floor which have occurred due to the proliferation of electronic devices over the past 20 or 30 years or so. I'm looking for information which could be used to support an appeal to our Environment Court to overturn a local authority ordinance restricting mast heights to dwelling height limits.
