Chris, thank you for an interesting paper. Looking at your schematic on page 5 it is obvious how the RF input and IF output connections can be floated from ground and used as balanced connections. If feeding the LO Input port with a balanced input would it be correct to wire one connection to the center and the other to both 'outside' connections (in parallel but anti-phase)? I ask this because I want to feed the mixer with the Q and notQ outputs of a flipflop to ensure a 50-50 mark space ratio. HSMS-2802 devices will be used. HA5RXZ
