Hey folks,

Anybody know where I can get a "reasonably" priced MRF140 or suitable substitute? I want to build a 6M amplifier capable of about 100watts SSB and CW.

RFParts get the Macom part. That was never "cheap" but it does
do 100W at 6m. You will need about 8-10W to get that 100W.
