folks, according to a tutorial I attended in 2005 held by Bernd Neubig, (Axtal company) I just noticed from the handout that the motinnal capacitance is following a cubic (i.e. 1/f^3) slope n being the order of the harmonic! In chapter 2 of the "Quarzkochbuch" downloadable from www. axtal.com, unfortunately in German language there are at the end of chapter 2 some interesting graphs: the motinal capacitance as a function of frequenca and order of overtone and the resistance Rr as function of freqeuncy and order of overtone. the dynamic capacitance drops with the order of overtone.
