I added links on my 9912 page to download the PIC firmware and the VFO Controller PC software. I think these are the latest available(someone will correct me if not true). If you order the parts kit from Art, the PIC should be pre-programmed. The firmware can then be updated thru the USB interface using the bootloader. There is also a link to download the combined PIC firmware(bootloader plus 9912 firmware). Use this if you got a blank PIC and have an in circuit serial programmer(such as the PICKit 2).
