convert it from single-ended to differential. Seems to me that
halving the L value and putting one in each line should do the trick.

I'm quite happy with myself ;-) I wanted to minimize impedance
variation, and after trying several different designs, I noticed that
Butterworth and Bessel were both pretty bad, but in different
directions (I think those were the ones). Anyway, I started playing
with values, and got to a point where the Z curve was essentially
flat! And the filter response was still good. Nice...
