Hello:

I am looking for the R2Pro Audio Processor board to purchase.
Either the blank PCB or the board kit would be ok.

I would go to Kanka US but since the flood not much looks available.

cheers,
rich

That brings up a question. Is Kanga going to return and supply boards. If not is there a chance anyone can get the board layouts and make something available.

I have layed out a a T2 board for a project but doing it takes a lot of time that I don't have.

Hi Pat, Rich et. al.

The Kanga operation is recovering, but more slowly than Bill had hoped. The flood caused a
total loss, as the entire operation had to be shoveled out and the shop area stripped to the
studs. Bill is generally unavailable during the summer, and usually out of e-mail or phone
contact.

The current plan is to have all of the PC boards and kits available again, but it takes time. For
anyone who wants to get something going now, I would suggest ugly construction rather
than laying out a PC board. The original circuitry was all built that way. The R2 pro pc
boards, and the others I have done for Kanga do take a lot of work. I generally do four or
five revisions before I achieve all the performance I can get from an ugly constructed
prototype. Layouts involving small-signal RF, analog, high gain, and large LO signals all on
the same board are particularly challenging.

Best Regards,

Rick
