Does anybody have the Spice data for the BFR99 transistor ? BFR99 is an interesting PNP bipolar, 2 GHz transition frequency, very low noise. A rarity in the PNP landscape. I have just bought a few at an ham fair. I would like to simulate a couple of circuits before melting solder, but am unable to find the relevant Spice data...
