The answer to that question will help guide your decision making process in choosing your teaching material.
1.You could do a google search for college course syllabus for basic electronics.
2.You could design your own course outline by using the ARRL Handbook or a License Manual. I am looking at my 1981 version of “The Radio Amateur’s License Manual” and there is a lot of good theory in there.
3. There is a course designed around the Elmer 101 materials: http://eksfiles.net/elmer-101-kit-building-materials/
4. If you have a vocational school in your community you could visit the faculty and ask for a copy of their teaching outline.
I am sure that other folks here on this list can make additional suggestions.
May you have smooth sailing in picking your course outline and I wish you success.
