Dear BT Yahoo user,

Changes to how you access Yahoo Groups

BT is writing to customers about changes they’re making to their email service. You'll no longer be
able to log in to Yahoo Groups using your BT Yahoo email address and password once that move has
been made.

How to keep using Yahoo Groups

If you'd like to keep using Yahoo Groups, your subscriptions and moderator roles you might have, you
need to move your Yahoo Groups subscriptions to a different Yahoo ID. If you don't have a Yahoo ID
already (ending in @yahoo.co.uk or @yahoo.com for example) you can create a new one, here. When
you've chosen the existing or new ID use it to log in to Yahoo Groups. Add your BT Yahoo Mail
address as a secondary address to the Yahoo ID you've chosen to use by clicking here. It's important
that you follow every step, including those to verify your BT Yahoo Mail address. Then, follow the
steps described here to move your Yahoo Groups subscriptions to the Yahoo ID you've chosen to use.

We’ll send you separate instructions for each Yahoo service you use that’s affected by these
changes. Remember, you only ever need one Yahoo ID to log in to any part of Yahoo.

If you have any questions please check our FAQ or if you need additional support you can visit our
help pages.

Thanks,
The Yahoo Partnership Team
