Terry's gear is ready to go!
We spent the night at a campground in Pinedale, its an RV park but they take walk-up tent camping. The moon was full and it was a very good chance to double-check some gear before hitting the trail.
Big Sandy River, shortly after hitting the trail.

First glimpse of the mountains to the North
Mirror Lake.
My tent in the foreground, green on the left is Terry's, behind his is Jeff's.
The big green tent behind mine is Jeff's day-shelter. We didn't need it for this trip but its large-enough that everyone can hunker down if it begins to rain.
Dads Lake, before heading out for the day.
Dads Lake.
Heading North...
South end of Marms Lake
This part of our trip is on the Continental Divide Trail
We only saw this one marker...
...and a benchmark
Marms Lake from the North end. We fished from this bank.
Continuing North...
An open field with lots of granite on the surface...
Skull Lake, from our camp.
Hailey Pass is in the center of this photo. Nearly 12K elevation.
We opted to not head up and over.
Fish for breakfast! It was VERY tasty!
Heading South, I believe this is Washakie Creek.
(We opted to head back to Marms Lake)
Marms Lake from the North
My new Six Moon Designs Lunar Solo Tent. Very impressive for 2 pounds!
North end of Marms lake from our camp site, before dusk.
Notice the rings on the surface of the water, I learned what the term "boiling" means to fly fishers.
More "boiling." (Fish coming to the surface to eat).
Day trip to Shadow Lake...
Near the East (inlet) end of Shadow Lake. We fished briefly from this end.
I caught a good sized brookie on my first cast, I let him go, figuring I'd catch more. (I never did).
(Note Jeff is fishing in this one)
(...and this one)
Leaving Shadow Lake
Back at Marms Lake for the evening.
Jeff is cooking up another serving of fish...
Back at Dads Lake. We arrvied mid-day and were able to snag a decent camp site.
A very unstable makeshift raft.
Day trip to Donald Lake (South and East from Dads)
Far end of the lake, near the inlet.
Suppertime!
A peaceful evening at Dads Lake...
Heading out, Mirror Lake.
