Hi:

Speaking of impedance in relation to a mixer is tricky since it's a non linear device. But you can think of impedance
at each of the frequencies.
IF = m*LO +&- n*RF
Some tricks can be done, for example reflecting the image back into the mixer rather than loosing it.
