Hi Chris on the point of raised by Farhan about using BJT devices .........I
am guessing that the saturation voltage could be a slight problem here ?? I
seem to remember from a long long time ago that the saturation voltage
(particularly with planar structures) was a lot lower if they were run
"reversed". The gain is not very good ( :-)) ) in this configuaration but
that might not matter as a switching mixed element?.
