I've been looking for a couple of application notes published by
Silicomix almost 40 years ago:

Oxner, Ed, "Junction FETs in Active Double-Balanced Mixers," Siliconix,
1973

Oxner, Ed, "FETs in Balanced Mixers," Siliconix, 1972

Anyone happen to have either of these filed away somewhere?

Chris

This should be AN72-1 and is published in the FET design catlog, mine is
from 1983! Yes I have this and will copy ASAP.
The other one from is dealing with the U350 if I remember correctly??
This should be in my files at the office. Will look for it on monday if
you not in a hurry!

Yippee!!! Didn't think these would be found due to their age. I've
gone through almost two feet of filing cabinet to see if I might have filed
them under another topic. Thank you in advance.

Chris
I did a simple scan, and arranged into pdf-files. So files became a bit
large, not suitable for e-mailing.
You can pick it up from my server, and when done just let me know so I
can tidy up.

Anyone else want the "Oxner-papers" on mixers using U310/350, just
follow the link.

I did not include the SI8901 papers though... but if someone are in
serious needs I might be able to help.

Hello Lasse,

I have taken the liberty to download the files as well.
I hope you don't mind.

Anyway: thanks!

Please note... due to a stupid mistake (trying mulit task at lunch break) I somehow attached wrong file in zip archive... two first pages are missing from one of the applications notes (AN72-1). I will correct this later today. So anyone who has d/l please do this again tomorrow.

If someone is interested, I converted it to djvu including OCR:
http://ehydra.dyndns.info//NG/emrfd/Siliconix%20FET%20mixers/

Suitable software is:
- SumatraPDF
- IrfanView
- Windjview
