Somehow I managed to break the CD in half. Is there a way I can return the broken CD to ARRL and pay a small fee for a replacement? I think I probably placed the book on my car seat and then put something heavy on the book causing the CD to break. As a side note I would suggest taking the CD out of the book and placing it on the shelf with your other CDs. Ray AB7HE
