Good question since many LO sources have a bi-phase output as you've
described.

To accomodate that, you first disconnect the common input connection
between the primary windings of T1 and T2. Next, reverse the ground and
signal connections of one of those primaries. The two primrary connections
are now 180º out of phase with a common ground connection, as you require.

Didn't understand what you were saying until just now. Yes, you can
disconnect the LO input primary windings from ground and connect your
biphase LO signal across them.
