The section 3.14 on "Filters and Impedance Matching Circuits" has a
sidebar with pre-calculated values for frequently used frequencies and
bandwidths of Double Tuned Circuits. The DTC table's column heading of
the fifth column says the inductance value is in mH, it should
actually be in uH.
